Talent Management: HRM is in charge in company’s employee recruitment and onboard process, retention handling, and developing talent. Hence HRM can be concentrated on hiring people who share the company's values and commitment to build sustainable and social responsibility in the context of ESG. They can be added ESG aspects into employee training plans, recruitment procedures, and job descriptions (Nasit, 2023).

Employee Engagement: Engaged employees are more supportive and contribute to the company's ESG initiatives, by raising employee awareness of ESG concerns and by encouraging participation in relevant projects while offering opportunities for employee involvement in ESG decision-making processes, HRM may contribute to the development of a sustainable and socially responsible culture (Chuan, 2023).

Performance Management: ESG goals can be aligned with HRM procedures such goal setting, performance reviews, and incentive programs. This may involve establishing ESG-related performance goals for employees, integrating ESG metrics into performance reviews, and associating rewards or recognition with the accomplishment of ESG objectives (Workx Middle East, 2023).

Training and Development: HRM oversees giving employee the knowledge and the skills which is required to successfully contribute to the organization's performance, including its ESG goals. This might entail providing training on subjects like corporate governance, inclusiveness and diversity, sustainability, and ethical business approaches (Hastwell, 2023).

Stakeholder Engagement: Regarding the ESG issues, HRM can play a role in engaging with company management and external parties. This could entail transmitting the information about ESG goals and performance to the employees in the organization and assisting communication with suppliers, customers, investors, and community organizations, and reacting to comments and concerns from stakeholders (Workx Middle East, 2023).
