Impact of HRM Solution in Sri Lankan Industries and Implementations:

The market for HRM solutions in Sri Lanka has developed dramatically during the previous decades.
HRM solutions are particularly useful since they assist management in identifying the fact and effectively managing transaction costs, as well as improving service performance. Even though implementing new technologies to a business may have benefit as well as a risk, Any investment in the right technology has the ability to help companies increase workplace efficiency. The recent tendency of downsizing and 'rightsizing' in companies, whether caused by an economic crisis or any other factor, also has raised the need for effective HRM solutions in Sri Lanka.in that case good human resource management systems or solution enable businesses to make data-driven choices (Education, 2009).

In the Local context there are variety of businesses that have already used HRM solutions in their sectors and benefited from the technology,  According to the Consultancy.asia (2020) and April Marjes (2020), The new platform, which recently trend, was built on the SAP SuccessFactors platform and has supported Brandix get rid of paper-based HR processes, integrate digital records, execute an online learning management system, and automate its system for managing performance. This new platform has also improved Brandix's personnel management, planning, and learning and development procedures. In the same article mentioned one of  a Project leader of Brandix stated that, with the upgrade of technology; productivity and the employee experience improved. and also it resulting in a "better positioning to grow and succeed in a highly disruptive environment".

PASS Blog (2023), shown the company like Union Apparel, Edinborough Products (Pvt) Ltd. 
that perform in various sectors in Sri Lanka currently used their customized HRM solutions and they are satisfied with the technology and the product.

Based on the DAILY FT (2017), the companies MAS Holdings, Virtusa engage with Oracle HCM and they are successfully adopt to the new technology and it helped to increase efficiency, minimize cost, and unify experiences through Human Capital Management (HCM) with Software as a Service (Saas) solutions.

Conclusion:

HRM solutions elevate employee management by automating day-to-day HR activities. However, it is essential to select the suitable human resources management solution that is appropriate for each organization's needs.
Basically 
HRM solutions are made to support businesses in effectively managing their HR practices and motivating their workforce. All HR procedures, including hiring and offboarding, can be made simpler by technology.
